Processing Time: All online orders are processed, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 48 business hours of order confirmation.
Origin of Shipment: Packages are prepared and shipped directly from our local facility located in Hialeah, Florida.
Shipping Carrier: We ship exclusively within the United States using USPS (Ground Advantage). Carrier delivery delays are outside of our direct operational control.

3. Strict No-Refund and Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or product exchanges will be issued under any circumstances once an order has been successfully placed and processed.

Due to strict hygiene and health regulations surrounding professional beauty liquids (nail polishes) and specialized manicure tools, we cannot accept returns on items once they leave our facility.

4. Pricing, Inventory Availability, and Typographical Errors

Fiore Beauty Supply reserves the explicit right to refuse, cancel, or void any orders placed for products mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch or typographical error. If your payment account has already been charged for a purchase and we cancel the order, we will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Proper Product Use and Limitation of Liability

Our catalog includes chemical substances (nail polish), sharp instruments (manicure tools), and electronic equipment (LED lamps). By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that they must be used in accordance with manufacturer safety guidelines. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fiore Beauty Supply shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including personal injury) resulting from the use or misuse of any items.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in courts located in Florida.
